UI/UX Designer
We're looking for a senior-minded UI/UX designer who owns the experience from research to pixel-perfect, build-ready Figma. You'll shape interfaces people understand in seconds and act on without friction.

What you'll do
- Map user journeys, flows, and information architecture
- Produce wireframes through polished, conversion-focused UI
- Build and extend reusable design systems in Figma
- Run user and product research — including with AI research tools
- Prepare clean, developer-ready handoff (specs, tokens, components)
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of UI/UX / product design experience
- Expert in Figma — Auto Layout, components & variants
- Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
- Strong research skills, including using AI tools to move faster
- A portfolio that shows shipped, outcome-driven work
Nice to have
- Motion / prototyping (Figma, Rive, or similar)
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
